A 49-year-old Westchester County, NY woman received a $900,000 settlement, after undergoing an arthroscopic surgery to her knee, which became infected. That lead to another surgery for total knee replacement and she continues to have pain and limitations.

The wife and children of a Queens County man received a settlement of $5.75 million dollars. His death was a result of a failure to diagnose and treat his abdominal aortic aneurysm.

We recovered a $6 million dollar settlement for a brain injured child as a result of medical care providers’ failures to treat high blood pressure in a mother, which caused a premature delivery. Doctors then failed to treat the baby’s signs of hydrocephalus, resulting in permanent brain injuries.

We obtained a settlement of $4.9 million dollars for the family of a woman who died at a Manhattan hospital as a result of the failure to treat her high blood pressure at the time of her baby’s delivery.

Our client, a 57-year-old woman, received a settlement of $1 million dollars for her life-altering suffering after doctors’ failure to diagnose and treat an intestinal perforation, thinking it was a virus or food poisoning.  Our client developed peritonitis, became septic and lost part of her intestines, toes, and suffered a heart attack.
